**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing technical, IT and administrative support to the sales team, as well as driving sales releases and coordinating various sales operations activities. This critical role ensures the integrity of sales operations and contributes to a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Release Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the process of releasing new homes for sale that executes on the strategic goals of the business, including coordinating with various internal stakeholders such as land, marketing, construction, architecture, and finance teams.
- Manage and maintain sales-related schedules required for to sell homes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding available homes, pricing and promotions is provided to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute approved sales collateral, brochures, and other marketing materials. Provide to the sales team in an organized manner within the sales compounds.
- Complete all system related requirements for associated sales releases and community launches.
- Assist in the coordination of new product/community launches, lot releases, sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to generate sales and meet targets.
- ** Technical and IT Support**:

- Serve as the team's IT lead, responsible for updating systems and addressing any system-related issues to ensure the sales team can sell homes without errors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve root-cause technical problems that may arise with sales software, CRM systems, or other tools utilized by the sales team.
- Collaborate with IT department or external vendors to escalate and resolve any complex technical issues required for sales operations.
- Support the sales team in CRM administration, including data entry, lead qualification, opportunity management, and pipeline tracking.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of technology tools, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to maximize productivity.
- ** Sales Administration**:

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing Purchase Agreements for customers, co-broke referral forms and other sales related documents.
- Maintain and manage an organized record of sales-related documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for the sales team.
- Reviewing and approving completed sales related documents for accuracy. Carefully examining the documentation to ensure all necessary information is complete, accurate and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or missing information, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- ** Competitive Analysis**:

- Responsible for gathering competitive collateral, conducting market research, and analyzing pricing strategies. This includes collecting information on competitor products, features, and pricing, and creating value graphs and reports to aid in positioning our offerings effectively.
- Suggest pricing and offering strategies that align with market trends and customer demands.
- ** Sales & Model Home Compounds**:

- Routinely schedule spring/fall cleaning activities and other maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales environment at various compounds.
- Work closely with facility management, cleaning staff, and other relevant stakeholders to schedule and execute necessary maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors to the sales compounds.
- Ensure all sales offices and model home compounds consistently meet specific brand requirements as set out by the Marketing team.
- ** Sales Operations Coordination**:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales tools, such as sales playbooks, training materials, and competitive analysis.
- Support the development and delivery of sales training programs and materials.
