**Position Overview**:
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the logistics operations of Hong Mall Canada to ensure its operation efficiency.

**Reporting Relationships**:
The Logistics Specialist reports to Director of Hong Mall Logistics Canada, and will interact with other departments such as Purchasing, Customer Service, and Warehouses on the daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain current and accurate logs and records for logistics operations, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Coordinate logistics services and resolve any issues with our logistics providers promptly.
- Familiar with the pricing structure of third-party logistics and other related trucking quotations.
- Provide supporting information to facilitate timely and correct billing and dispute resolution, such as Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
- Analyze relevant data and develop reports and summaries for the logistics team.
- Other work assignments as directed by the Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Post secondary education
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex business inquiries
- Must be proficient Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with Harmonized System Code would be an asset
- Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin
