**Your Daily Life**:

- Under the guidance of the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Project and Campaign Manager will primarily oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects and campaigns. They are tasked with ensuring that all marketing initiatives are streamlined, adhere to the set schedule and budget, and resonate with the company's goals. With their ability in project management, marketing campaign orchestration, and personnel leadership, the Marketing Project and Campaign Manager is vital in driving the success of the company's marketing efforts by managing both the strategic and operational sides of marketing projects.

**In this role you will**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially product, marketing, and sales, to craft and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of the marketing product campaigns roadmap in tandem with product teams.
- Support product managers in formulating product marketing strategies, focusing on optimal product positioning, messaging, and sales tools.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain open channels of communication with stakeholders, updating them on project progress, addressing queries, highlighting concerns, and flagging potential risks.
- Partner with the content marketing team to ensure deliverables align with the brand's core messaging and creative direction.
- Ensure that campaign strategies are integrated with digital marketing efforts and content strategies. This means coordinating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that offer insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including conversion metrics.
- Spot areas of improvement in marketing processes and tools and champion the integration of solutions that boost productivity and results.
- Lead, train, develop and mentor a team of marketing professionals, offering direction, support, and inspiration.
- Engage with external agencies and vendor partners when necessary to enhance campaign outcomes.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant blend of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in managing marketing projects and campaigns from conception to completion.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient in using project management tools, with a preference for Asana.
- Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
- Sharp analytical acumen complemented by a data-oriented approach.
- Efficient communicator and collaborator, adept at liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring teams to deliver superior results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Insight into the non-destructive testing (NDT) market will be an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and French, in written and spoken forms.
