With a strong emphasis for full lifecycle marketing strategy, you will work with a cross-functional team of product
- and audience marketers and report directly into the Senior Manager of Campaign Development (M&E). This position you will work hybrid or remote in Quebec, Canada.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assume ownership of the overall retention program, taking accountability for its implementation and continuous improvement. Use customer insights, product usage data to lead the effectiveness and success of our retention plans- Leverage analytical data to mine and interpret product usage data, engagement metrics, survey feedback, and community sentiment to inform and implement a data-driven, audience-centric retention program strategy- Implement and analyze A/B tests, making optimization recommendations for KPIs (Open rate, CTOR, renewal rate) based on performance data- Draft campaign briefs by collaborating with Product marketing and Audience marketing teams to identify campaign goals, audience outcomes, KPIs, and supporting proof points and collaborate with agencies to create engaging campaign content- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a content amplification strategy that communicates product value and gain customer awareness and recognition for all product features- Work in collaboration with the Acquisition Campaign Development Manager to develop a cohesive 360 customer lifecycle strategy and support ad hoc Acquisition campaign projects-
- You will work with customers product usage data, past campaign performance results, and have an interest in using data to inform campaign messaging strategy- You are passionate about understanding customers' post purchase lifecycle and building retention campaign experiences based on audience insights- You a talent in creating stories and communicate project updates and risks- You use your project management skills, the ability to define and prioritize while working and building partner relationships

Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years experience as a Campaign Manager or similar experience- You have experience with brief writing and working with agencies/copywriters-
- You have experience with Adobe Analytics or PowerBI dashboard- Experience working with tech products, SaaS and cloud technology
