**Your daily life**:
Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Communications and External Relations, the Internal Communication and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the conceptualization, planning, execution, and evaluation of external and internal communication initiatives. Working closely with colleagues in communication, internal marketing, and multimedia creation, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy innovative strategies, create engaging content in both French and English, and actively contribute to strengthening the company's brand identity.
**In this role, you will**:Development and Deployment of Strategies**:
- Collaborate on the development and deployment of internal communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify and implement tools that support communication initiatives and brand identity.
**Strategic Communication**:
- Develop and implement key internal messages to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Work with the Director of Strategic Communications to support external relations projects and integrate these initiatives into internal communications.
**Internal Marketing**:
- Design and manage internal marketing campaigns to promote company initiatives and events.
- Ensure the creation and distribution of engaging and informative internal marketing content.
**Content Management**:
- Oversee the updating and feeding of internal communication platforms, including the SharePoint site and social media.
- Contribute to the content management of the company website.
- Write, edit, and approve written, visual, and multimedia communications in both French and English for key distribution channels.
**Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with project managers in communication, marketing, and multimedia creation to ensure consistency and alignment of internal messages.
- Work with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and ensure that internal communications accurately reflect the company's initiatives.
- Cooperate with external agencies and supplier partners, if necessary.
**Analysis and Continuous Improvement**:
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze employee feedback and adjust internal communication and marketing strategies accordingly.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- University degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field; additional training (or skills) in graphic design is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a large company.
- Excellent command of both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in content management and the use of multiple communication platforms (website CMS, SharePoint environment, social media, etc.).
- Skills in writing, editing, and proofreading diverse content, with abilities in storytelling and simplifying information.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools and communication software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong ability to take concepts from ideation to creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactivity and the ability to take initiative.
- Curiosity, creativity, and innovation in the approach to communications and internal marketing.
- Attention to detail and professional rigor.
- Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change.
