Original Garage Moto is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. You are someone who likes to take initiatives and has ease in communication. In addition to being detail-oriented, organized, and having good priority management skills.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the visibility and image of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan & develop marketing strategies according to the calendar;
  • Coordinate the tracking of marketing performance versus determined objectives (e.g., A/B testing, performance analysis, and data related to campaigns, etc.) in conjunction with Digital Marketing;
  • Coordinate the preparation & creation of content for advertising purposes;
  • Plan and/or participate in the execution of email marketing campaigns;
  • Develop & coordinate the social media publication calendar (posts/reels/stories/etc.);
  • Upload video content. Coordinate the creation of derivative content if necessary;
  • Plan & supervise the creation of marketing content;
  • Supervise the advertising campaign management team;
  • Track marketing budgets;
  • Ensure the company's presence on social media and ensure the quality and professionalism of the content;
  • Coordinate and/or ensure monitoring on social media (TAG, Stories, Bashing if applicable);
  • Supervise influencers & sponsors. Ensure compliance with deliverables according to contracts & timelines;
  • Plan & coordinate events in collaboration with the sales force & administration;
  • Coordinate product launches in collaboration with digital and sales;
  • Participate in the production of the Catalogue in collaboration with sales;
  • Coordinate graphic design needs;
  • Conduct competitive market monitoring.
Profile Sought:
  • Hold a college diploma or a bachelor's degree in a related field (communication or marketing);
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (marketing or communication);
  • Excellent knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.);
  • Ability to work with tools like: WordPress, Canvas, CRM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.;
  • Advanced mastery of the Office Suite;
  • Be an autonomous, proactive, organized person capable of managing priorities well;
  • Demonstrate great rigor and attention to detail;
  • Meet budgets and deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments;
  • Writing and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Shopify (an asset);
  • Excellent mastery of English and French (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and/or strong interest (an asset).
