Toronto/Hybrid: Requires a combination of time dedicated to working from the Toronto office and from a remote based work environment.

Summer Contract

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow-up on outstanding appraisal orders to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Keep lenders updated on the status of appraisal orders.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills through telephone and electronic communications with industry partners, including lenders, brokers, and appraisers.
- Support the Underwriting Team through special projects and other operational functions within the Underwriting Centre, as required.
- Compile monthly reporting for internal customers.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for additional reporting.
- Provide general administrative services, as required.
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects, as required.

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Follow established processes and procedures, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to manage time and work efficiently, multi-tasking effectively.
- Work independently but know when to ask for assistance or clarification.
- Monitor own work to ensure quality.
- Project a professional, enthusiastic and respectful attitude toward customers, visitors and
internal staff.
- Communicate effectively and confidently both verbally (including over telephone) and
in writing.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Fluency in both English and French would be a definite asset.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program.
- Experience in administrative or customer service-related work would be an asset.
