**WORK ILLUSTRATION**:
The Operations Support Services Administrator (Contract - 12 months) provides day to day administrative support to the Fleet & Equipment Services department operation, management systems and processes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides day to day administrative support to operations and management systems within the Fleet & Equipment Services department
- Consolidate data for statistical reporting and trends for departmental performance
- Provides support for budget management and invoicing
- Receives incoming queries on behalf of the department. May act as the single point of contact for the input/output of documentation
- Maintains and manages departmental record-keeping-system based on recognized record management practices.
- Makes recommendations on enhancements to streamline and improve the administration, coordination and delivery of processes
- Input, update or verify various databases or programs
- Provide support for budget management and invoicing

**COMPETENCIES**:

- College diploma or University degree in related field preferred
- Three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in an operational and/or utility environment.
- Knowledge and experience using SAP for the entry of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to provide courteous, reliable administrative support that demonstrates a commitment to high quality customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and creative in generating solutions and approaches to solve problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks to ensure quality and on time delivery of work.

Toronto Hydro has introduced a Hybrid Work Arrangement. This position allows for remote work up to three days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office.
