Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**TEMPORARY POSITION**
- Provide excellent support and services to members
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Make bank deposits
- Post journal entries
- Prepare and submit various tax forms and filings including year-end filings
- Perform clerical duties, such as answer calls, maintain filing and record systems
**Qualifications**:
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Google Workspace
- Sage 50 cloud
- Online banking
- Experience in customer service
- Driver’s license required
**Work conditions**:
