**Join Our Team as a Paralegal at the Applewood Auto Group**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and maintain automotive-related contracts (e.g., vehicle sales, leases, and vendor agreements).
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable regulations and laws.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and business partners to negotiate contract terms.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other HR documents.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support HR with employee relations issues and internal investigations.

**Real Estate Matters**:

- Aid in property acquisitions, leases, and sales for dealership locations.
- Conduct title searches and review property documentation.
- Prepare and file real estate-related legal documents with relevant government agencies.

**General Paralegal Duties**:

- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Keep files organized and up to date for all legal matters.
- Assist in meetings with attorneys, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external counsel as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience (corporate or automotive backgrounds are highly valued).
- Expertise in contract law, employment law, and real estate law.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with dealership operations.
- Paralegal certification from a recognized association.
