Applewood Auto Group is looking for a** Lot Manager**

**Location: Must be able to work from any of these locations (Richmond, Langley, Surrey) Exact location TBD prior to hire.**

**Job Duties**:

- Manage lot staff to ensure effective and efficient output.
- Manage tire inventory, moving tires to the assigned storage area.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
- Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
- Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
- Change license plates as required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Additional duties assigned.
- Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads.
- Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to manage a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:
The total compensation range for the Lot Manager position at the Applewood Auto Group is $4,500 per month.
