**Daltco Electric **is Eastern Ontario’s largest independent electrical automation and lighting distributor. Daltco Electric serves the industrial, residential, and commercial marketplace from its three locations in Kingston, Brockville, and Ottawa.
- **This is a 10 month temporary position.**_
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares various reports for customers, vendors and for internal use.
- Processes daily invoicing.
- Handling of cash and deposits.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
**Skills and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
