Founded in 2009, LIFE IN GREEN, a division of the SERVOMAX GROUP, is a manufacturer of eco-friendly paper-based packaging solutions for hot beverages, which includes disposable and compostable cups as well as food packaging products. Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, LIFE IN GREEN markets its products in North America and internationally with national distribution coverage across Canada and the USA. We supply our products to office coffee service operators, coffee roasters, coffee shops, food service companies, quick-service restaurants, as well as broadline, specialty, and hotel distributors. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned portfolio of clients
- Update client’s activities in the CRM database
- Build and maintain strong and enduring customer relationships
- Proactively identify potential problems and resolve issues
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Execute and renew contracts
- Prepare business reviews and sales reports
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations, Technical Services, and Marketing) to ensure consistent service
- Maximize efficiency through on-going process review
- Process improvement implementation
- Tradeshows
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to perform under pressure and resolve client issues in a timely manner

Ability to work autonomously

Valid driver’s license (as you will need to visit client locations)

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills in both French and English
- Salary range between 65000$ and 90000$ based on experience plus commissions

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Servir de point de contact principal pour votre portfolio de clients
- Mettre à jour les activités des clients dans la base de données CRM
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients
- Identifier de manière proactive les problèmes potentiels et les résoudre
- Générer des ventes (notamment la vente incitative et la vente croisée)
- Exécuter et renouveler les contrats
- Préparer des révisions de comptes et des rapports de ventes
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes internes interdépartementales (y compris les

opérations, les services techniques et le marketing) pour garantir un service cohérent
- Maximiser l'efficacité grâce à une révision permanente des processus
- Mise en œuvre de l'amélioration des procédés
- Foires et salons
- Projets spéciaux et autres tâches assignées

EXIGENCES
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe
- Un minimum de 3 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Compétences de négociation, d’organisation et de présentation
- Excellentes compétences en communication - orales et écrites (français et anglais)
- Permis de conduire valide (pour les visites de clients)
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les problèmes des clients
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives, d’être flexible et à réaliser plusieurs
