**What you will be doing**:
We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary focus will be on cultivating and sustaining strong partnerships with key accounts.

As a National Account Manager, you should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze performance metrics effectively. Exceptional negotiation abilities and a talent for nurturing customer relationships are essential. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in facilitating clear communication with our clients and fostering long-term partnerships that drive our business objectives.
- Identify and attract strategic clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients ensuring long-term success
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth lines of communication while ensuring that all client needs are met
- Ensure brand consistency
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments to recommend strategies to increase sales

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in the consumer goods industry with major retail accounts
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients’ requirements
- Solid experience in sales and customer service
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Availability to travel as needed
- Management of planograms, POGs and merchandising
- Understanding of the different retail market landscape
- Management of listings, pricing, margins, ROI and strong analytical skills
- Strategic thinker and ability to come up with creative ideas to market products specific to customers needs.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and French
