Overview:
**Duties**
- Cross-train to be knowledgeable in payroll processes and activities to provide coverage/ensure accuracy when required
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding of new employees into all systems
- Conduct off-boarding activities of departing employees
- Utilize, input to, and maintain records for data management within Company systems which include Workhub, EHS Insight, Complyworks, ISNetworld, Avetta and 8AM Solutions
- Collect and analyze QHSE & HR-related data for reporting purposes and/or correspondence
- Maintain various filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Support other projects as time permits

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite; specifically Word, Excel & Visio
- Demonstrated clear communication style
- Experience in recruiting and interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Detail orientated, ensure information/data accuracy
- Respectful of sensitive information
- Exposure to Kronos or similar systems is a plus
- Familiarity with software such as Workhub, EHS Insight, Complyworks, ISNetworld, Avetta and 8AM Solutions is beneficial

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
