**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and driven **Estimator / Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to join a winning team, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
- Provide sales support to existing clients and secure new orders.
- Expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities.
- Communicate order status and customer concerns to the sales team and management.
- Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge, particularly in the plastics industry.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls.
- Contribute to the branch's overall success by working as part of a collaborative team.
- Prepare estimates and submit quotes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Degree in Marketing or Sales (2 or 4 years) or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferred experience in inside sales, particularly in plastics, industrial, or distribution sectors.
- Strong math skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and familiarity with SYSPRO software.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in manufacturing, especially in powder coating, is a plus.
