Are you looking for an entry level opportunity in Technical Sales? Would you enjoy prospecting and onboarding new customers? Sensient Colors North America sales team is expanding and we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative focusing on our food color accounts in the US and Canada who would like to be part of our success story

As an Inside Sales Representative, your mission is to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts. This position is based on-site in Kingston, ON or Toronto, ON.

We offer you comprehensive on boarding and training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization. This, together with your university degree, strong interpersonal communication, and two to four year's experience in customer service and/or B2B sales, and technical acumen will be critical to make an impact in the business.

After, you will focus on, initiate, and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Colors markets in the US and Canada. To help you be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.

You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files. With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
