***Position: Inside Sales Representative**
Eclipse Technology Solutions Inc., a division of IMP Solutions, provides IT and business consulting services, and IT products to clients across Canada. We are searching for Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales and Growth team.

**What You Will Do**:
- Open and maintain lines of communication with clients, product and solutions partners
- Responsible for promoting company sales through the provision of personalized and professional advice
- Provide information, consultation, quoting, placing orders, following up on delivery, costing, as well as ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with Account Executive(s), obtain financial approval for specific types of contractual arrangements, obtain product knowledge to meet and exceeding sales targets

**What You Need to Succeed**:
- A two-year college or post-secondary degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge of current IT technologies (i.e. enterprise servers, Storage Area Networks, communication and peripheral devices.)
- Prior experience in an inside sales capacity or professional sales training considered an asset
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
