The Administrative Assistant answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual.

Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, and prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.

Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.

Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.

Usually works on generalized routine assignments that do not require a broad knowledge of the corporate organization.

Duties typically include typing reports, correspondence, copying, answering the phone, and scheduling.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
High School Diploma

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a must

Ability to do multi-tasking and follow instructions with minimum supervision

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Good research skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
