Group Benefits Administrator

**McCrae Recruiting is** looking for an **Experienced Group Benefits Administrator **for a growing team in Durham Region. You will be working with a well-established, highly successful Insurance and Financial company right here in Durham. In this role, you will utilize your past Group Benefits knowledge with your passion for customer service to build trust and maintain solid relationships with your clients.
**Job Details**
- Maintain multiple client accounts, keeping them organized and up to date
- Produce yearly benefit analysis and projections to clients, and as needs may change year to year offer any suggestions that might be suitable
- Monitor market trends
- Provide recommendations for the resolution of problems and issues and suggest process improvements
- Other tasks as required
**Benefits**
- Salary $65K-80K based on experience
- Full benefits after 3 months
- Currently remote work with occasional day in the office

- Education Reimbursement
**Job Requirements**
- 2 + years working within Insurance/ Group Benefits Management handling multiple clients is required
- LLQP is considered an asset
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Advanced Proficiency in Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Google Drive
- Excellent Customer Service and Attention to Detail are a must
- Must be a Team Player
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
