**What we are looking for**:
As the Junior Fleet Leasing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the assistance of the sales activity by the Manager of Fleet and Commercial Leasing; as well as Sales and Finance/Administration for the Leasing department. You will have a direct impact on ensuring positive results in deadlines, sales targets, and quality standards. Achievement of customer satisfaction standard, accuracy and sales targets are required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in servicing and closing existing commercial clients
- Support the servicing and closure of deals with current commercial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely completion of transactions.
- Sell existing retail customers from the Manager of Commercial Fleet and Leasing’s portfolio
- Identify and engage retail customers within the portfolio managed by the Commercial Fleet and Leasing Manager, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and drive sales.
- Generation of new leads for commercial leasing through networking and lead generation
- Actively generate new business opportunities for commercial leasing by building relationships, networking, and utilizing lead-generation strategies to expand the customer base.
- F&I sales and financing and insurance products, with a focus on Queenston Auto Group Branded F&I products.
- Present and sell financing and insurance solutions to clients, with a strong emphasis on Queenston Auto Group’s proprietary F&I products, ensuring customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and self-motivational skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Able to multi-task on a regular basis
- Possess a can-do attitude to succeed in job completion
- Valid Ontario G license with a clean driver abstract
- Ability to generate new sales opportunities, and convert existing sales leads
- High level of integrity and responsibility
- OMVIC certification
- College diploma or university degree in a related field.
