**What You'll Be Doing**: In this commission-based sales role, you will:

- Actively pursue leasing opportunities and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships, understanding client needs and preferences to guide them to their ideal living space.
- Enhance the resident experience with a seamless move-in process, addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate on resident events and activities that boost community engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, property management, or real estate is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for communication and record-keeping.

**Compensation**:

- **Commission**: Aggressive, uncapped commission structure
- **Additional Pay Types**: Bonus pay & Gas Allowance
