1. Strategic Planning- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and stakeholders.- Track progress of strategic initiatives and provide updates on key metrics and outcomes.- Organize and facilitate strategic planning meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and contribute to best practices in strategic planning.- Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of the strategic and annual planning processes.- Develops and maintains tools and processes to support strategic and annual planning processes, including mechanisms to track progress.
2. Project Management- Acts as project leader for key initiatives.- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, facilitating effective communication and coordination.- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.- Between three (3) to five (5) years of experience in project coordination with a good knowledge of the concepts of overseeing large, complex portfolios.- Previous experience in strategic planning, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.- Previous experience in transport, logistics operations or supply chain management is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Skills: communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to summarize complex and multidisciplinary data into comprehensive executive reporting. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Knowledge: understanding of project management principles, practices, and frameworks. Some experience in product management is a plus.- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Linguistic: Communicate Effectively in French and English
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)- Project Management tools (Planner, Monday, JIRA, etc.)
