We are looking for a strategic planning analyst for the powersports group, reporting to the head of strategic planning, to assist us in analyzing group performance and preparing presentations for management. You'll be at the forefront of performance of and progress in the organization’s strategic priorities.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Prepare and update presentations for powersports group management.
Analyze quarterly trends and results to better understand the company’s performance and support decision-making.
Prepare presentations to communicate our results and progress on our strategic priorities to various stakeholders.
Analyze and monitor changes in the motorsports industry.
Contribute to generating ideas and analyzing growth opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues from different regions and departments.
Participate in implementing best practices in strategic planning and process improvement.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
2 to 3 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis or consulting role.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Good knowledge of key financial performance indicators.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other data visualization tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, etc.).
The ability to communicate with international suppliers/carriers on a daily basis.
