Imprint Plus is a manufacturer of name badges and identification products looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team who excels in Business Development and Sales Management. As a leading supplier of name badges, lapel pins and signage, you will be committed to providing solutions in a growing market requiring our products. Some of these markets include Hotels, Retailers, Resellers, Banks, and Cruise ships.

Bring your proven skills to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will already be a high performing Sales Manager with demonstrated results managing a team of salespeople. This is a role for a dynamic, motivated, high-performing, and professional sales leader.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Manufacturing/Printing experience an asset.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven success with large sized companies (public & private)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Solid negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance.
- Travel is required and must be able to travel to the US

Compensation is salary plus bonus based on performance.
