Hours of work: Full-time, Part-time

Annual salary: $65,000 - $95,000 a year (including commissions)

What you'll do:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales goals.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance business opportunities.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and consulting trends, organizing staff training as necessary.
- Oversee negotiations with clients and close important sales deals.

What you bring:

- For bachelor's degree holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields such as immigration program management, immigration services, or customer service, with a focus on sales.
- For diploma holders: Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields such as immigration program management, immigration services, or customer service, with a focus on sales.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative, with a proactive approach to considering the clients' perspective.
- Willingness to exceed job responsibilities, delivering services beyond expectations.
- Ability to act quickly and effectively in urgent or complex situations.
