**The Role**

Our staff are the key to our operation’s success. The Bar Manager creates a positive work environment, increases employee morale and supports their success through the training of our steps of service, product knowledge, cocktail techniques and recipe adherence. They have a real passion for food and beverage and can creatively combine that love with an understanding of best business practices to manage inventory, staff, and operational duties.

- Reviewing and improving staff performance and overall job satisfaction

**Core Accountabilities**
- Manage the bar staff and workflow.
- Manage the inventory and placement of products on the shelves.
- Create drink specials for holidays and special events.
- Create monthly and yearly sales goals for the bar.
- Be able to handle stressful situations with customers, employees, and management.
- Dispense alcoholic beverages to customers in a responsible way.
- Know laws related to liquor consumption and distribution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
