The Client Services Coordinator - FIS (CAD) Technician will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of CAFM drawings and database information for our Canadian based clients.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**

The successful applicant will;
- Develop and maintain CAD drawings and layouts for all facilities, including floor plans, Site Plans, Roof Plans, equipment layouts, and utility plans.
- Update and maintain the Facility Information System (FIS) database with accurate information regarding assets, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure that CAD drawings and FIS data align with organizational standards and requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure that CAD drawings and FIS data are accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with other departments to support the organization's facility management objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to facility management and CAD drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Have an understanding or interest in data management.
- Analysis of gaps in drawings and datasheets
- Ability to organize and track project status
- Contribute to overall project success by ensuring CAD/Data efficiency and the development of deliverables in a timely and effective manner

**QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION**
- College diploma or greater in Architecture, Engineering, or Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Drafting Certificate from an accredited institution; prefer individual with some technical experience in an Engineering environment.
- 1-3 years’ work experience
- Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage a number of projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Willing to learn with a desire to grow professionally and personally
- Intermediate use of MS Office Suite of Products

This position is being offered as full-time permanent 40 hours per week.
