**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR**

The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, support, and scheduling a team of Service Technicians for the service of fire, security, and monitoring systems. The position also entails an outreach program to provide Clients with proactive information regarding their current and potential accounts and services, as well as other general office duties as required.

**Tasks**
- Contact customers about service issues and track progress until resolved.
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming annual system inspections.
- Accurately acquire information to determine and schedule service appointments.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of service-related programs as required.
- Contact clients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of pending changes or potential upgrades and any planned adjustments.
- Keep records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken
- Provide Service Coordinator coverage during vacations and sick days.
- Provide support to the Service Coordinator, Installs Coordinator, and Fire Alarm Systems/Sales Manager.
- Perform other duties relevant to the position as required.
- Recieve and ship parts & equipment as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use computers and computer systems, to process and verify information, and to resolve conflicts or negotiate.
- Experience in a related field is desirable.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to adapt and learn fast.

**Lines of communication**

The Client Service Coordinator will report directly to the Manager, Customer
Experience.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position working Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position can be fulfilled out of our St. Catharines or Kitchener offices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
