**Who we need**
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, we are looking for a _Brand Manager_ to join the Marketing and Communications team at Yorkville University. You will spearhead the marketing strategy and end-to-end marketing operations for Yorkville University, leading a team, collaborating across the organization, and working with external partners. As the ultimate brand champion, you bring creativity, strategy and analytics to your human, emotional, and intelligent storytelling. You will uphold and optimize our marketing strategy and push the creative direction through innovative thinking and category positioning. You believe in the philosophy of demand generation and have experience working in a full-funnel marketing model.

**What you will focus on**:
- _ Research and reporting. _You will conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations. You will capture and analyze data and the overall performance of marketing campaigns and programs across all mediums, identifying key factors for success and areas to adapt and optimize.
- _ Partnerships._ You will foster trusting relationships with key stakeholders, internal teams across all campuses and external contacts such as vendors and third-party providers. You will collaborate with the marketing team on shared projects and the paid media team to ensure that best practices for SEM, SEO and social media are applied to all creative. You will manage and mentor a team, stopping at nothing to deliver exceptional results and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
**What you bring**:
- _ The background. _You are an enthusiastic brand builder and analytical leader. You have a demonstrated passion for continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing. You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing management and communications. You can build and execute a brand and campaign strategy bridging digital and traditional marketing, and engage global audiences where they live, study and play on social media. You are proficient with MS Office Suite and Wordpress. You may have familiarity with photo and video editing software.
- _ The ownership. _You are passionate about achieving measurable results and can pivot to increase campaign performance. You have experience running brand marketing projects from end to end, driving progress, managing competing priorities, and motivating cross-functional groups to meet deliverables seamlessly. You are meticulous about tracking, record keeping and reporting and can understand, develop and manage marketing reports.
