**Purpose of Position**: The Associate Brand Manager on the Incubate Team will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by supporting research initiatives and driving the development of new and innovative brands. This individual will be supporting all brand lifecycle activities, from ideation to market launch, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's goals.

Reporting directly to the Director Incubator Brands, the Associate Brand Manager will be instrumental in driving the incubation strategy, shaping new brand opportunities, and aiding in the development and launch of innovative products. Additionally, this role will lead the management and execution of brand initiatives for established Incubator brands (currently Good To Go).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Market Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Collaborate with Director, Incubator Brands and Innovation team to identify market trends, white space opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Leverage market research to inform brand strategies and ensure alignment with the overall incubator strategy.
- Own the reporting of brand performance in market and over various marketing tactics.
- ** Brand Development and Marketing Tactics**:

- Work closely with the Director and Senior Brand Manager, Incubator Brands to translate incubator strategy into compelling brand concepts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing tactics, ensuring alignment with the brand’s overall goals.
- ** New Product Development**:

- Collaborate with R&D Innovation team to identify and develop new product ideas that align with consumer research insights.
- Defining Go-To-Market Strategy that consider competitive and consumer trends and market needs across brand, category, and channel to inform price, channel, and shelving strategies.
- Developing sales materials (i.e. sales decks, sell sheets) to support launches using data-driven recommendations.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Engage with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and commercialization, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Project ownership and leadership of innovation and renovation projects, working cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Category, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver successful launches on-time and on-budget
- ** Launch and Test-and-Learn Approach**:

- Support the launch of new brands/products, managing them through a test-and-learn approach (small scale tests) until they are ready to be commercialized.
- Think outside the box to help create customized and innovative go-to market strategies for new products in new categories.
- ** Performance Measurement and Analysis**:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis for the Incubate team, evaluating brand and business performance.
- Measure the financial impact of investments, institutionalize learnings, and optimize marketing spend for efficiency. Specifically tracking the efficiency and ROI and new marketing tactics used for new brands.
- ** Incubate Team Administration**
- Lead monthly budget management routines and reporting for Incubate

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, or related fields.
- Previous Co-op or Internship experience in Brand at a CPG preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in undergrad-related experiences (i.e. class projects or clubs)
