Compensation Coordinator, Job Highlights
Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs, such as annual base compensation reviews (hourly and salaried), deferred profit-sharing plans, short-term and long-term incentives, etc.

Ensure compliance with pay equity regulations.

Conduct data audits and analyses to ensure data integrity; identify discrepancies; coordinate with all relevant parties to make corrections.

Participate in compensation surveys.

Support the implementation and administration of newly revised recognition programs.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare various analysis and ad-hoc requests.

Compensation Coordinator, Key Qualifications
Completion of post-secondary education in Business, HR, Finance or related discipline.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business, Payroll, HR or Finance.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill large quantities of data into a meaningful format.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail and maintain confidential information.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset.

Knowledge of Workday is an asset.
