**You report to the Director of Business Development and the Owner.**
- Enhance the organization’s human resources by evaluating employee relations and policies, programs and practices.
- Perform and monitor all performance reviews and assessments and recommends to fellow managers actions to follow with each employee.
- Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions as necessary.
- Recommend a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budgets per department; planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees if necessary.
- Research and recommend employee benefit programs and with the help of marketing, inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system by keeping past and current employee records up to date.
- Deal with any requests related to previous & current employees.
- Revise and recommend incentive & bonus plans for both companies.
- Provide reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis regarding labor cost per department, turnover, overtime, company goals and achievements.
- Recommend and lead the implementation of software that keeps up with all of our staff training in videos and PowerPoints, following up with our employee appraisals and day-to-day detail.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
