**SUMMARY OF ROLE**
The Customer Escalation Manager plays a key role in the execution of our red-carpet customer service. From solving problems for our customers, to troubleshooting situations with our Design Consultants, you will be the key person in ensuring a seamless, luxury experience for our customers.
IF YOU....
- Have 5+ years in customer service related, call centre or retail environment
- Are passionate for partnering with people and working in teams
- Have elevated verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy problem solving and providing creative solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with regional managers and sales associates to handle complex problems
Responsible for resolving escalated cases to build lasting customer relationships from start to finish
Manage your workload effectively and multi-task to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner

SCHEDULE
Our positions are full-time and include some evenings and weekends.
