Customer Experience Manager

**Your day to day**
Your role will be to become a partner for your team on the road; you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by answering any inquiry they might have.
You will be providing a first-class pre-sale and after-sale service. That includes managing their appointments, ensuring prompt follow-ups, doing the liaison between the installer, the salesperson, and the customer.

- Be treated as a number instead of a person.
- Be punished for learning or making mistakes.
- Follow a script; we want you to think for yourself.
- Be left wondering how you can achieve the next step in your career.

**SCHEDULE**
