Bookkeeper/office Administrator

Hours: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales support
- Ordering clerk
- office supplies, stock for shop, doors & openers for sales
- Social media advertising/posting (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
- A/P & A/R & General Ledger entries
- Aged receivables/collections
- Government remittance
- HST & WSIB
- Invoicing
- Payroll
- small office
- Reception
- Co-ordinator
- manage the calendar for the team
- Maintain cleanliness of office/showroom
- Weekly bank deposits and occasional pick-up and drop offs
- Requirements
- MUST have experience using accounting software; Quickbooks Online/Quickbooks Desktop is an asset
- A/P & A/R experience is required
- Approachable, polite, and friendly personality
- Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication
- Customer service skills required
- Own means of transportation; vehicle is required
- Having garage door related experience is an asset but not required
