TriUrban is looking for a full-time **Licensed** Real Estate Assistant to fill the role of Client Care Specialist.

**Things you'll be doing every day that you're great at**

Client Relationships
- Engage with local and long-distance clients interested in the Edmonton real estate market.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through effective communication, ensuring they are informed throughout the entire process.

Market Insights
- Stay informed about the current real estate trends and market conditions in Edmonton.
- Provide in-depth market analysis and insights to help clients make informed investment decisions.
- Accurately evaluate and determine market value for a property.

Asset Discovery & Property Presentation
- Qualify and present available properties in the Edmonton area that match the investment criteria of our clients; primarily long-distance investors.
- List for sale investor properties that no longer fit their portfolio
- Utilize TriUrban tools and materials to showcase properties to our clients.
- Facilitate responses to remote client inquiries.
- Manage client communications through the selection process, ensuring all financing, plans, documentation and legal requirements are addressed.
- Educating clients on basic real estate procedures, laws, and contracts.

**Qualifications**
- Licensed real estate assistant in the province of Alberta with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Edmonton real estate market.
- Excellent online and in-person communication skills.
- Experience with investment and new construction real estate is considered an asset.
- Technologically proficient with online CRM, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, HubSpot is considered an asset
