**Maintenance Worker**

Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Worker to join our team at our Sherwood Park Mall in Sherwood Park, AB. As a Maintenance Worker, your primary responsibility is to perform day to day maintenance and customer service duties required to keep the property safe and presentable for customers, staff and tenants by;
- Performing daily property inspections and promptly reporting repair needs
- Conducting minor property repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to dry walling, painting, landscaping, basic plumbing & electrical
- Ensuring property safety and respond to tenant concerns
- Maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal
- Collaborating with contractors, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating work with stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required, college diploma an asset
- 1 year experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of a trade or HVAC, etc. an asset
- Ability to operate power tools & equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic PC skills
- CPR and First Aid certification an asset
