**About Us**:
Dr. Wisdom Dental Clinic is a renowned dental clinic located in Montreal, Canada. We strive to deliver world-class dental care and believe in building strong relationships with our patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and perfectly bilingual (English and French) Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries from various channels, including phone calls, Facebook Lead Forms, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram messages.

2. Provide detailed information about our services to potential clients and assist them in booking appointments.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.

4. Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the patient experience.

5. Manage and maintain customer records and interactions in our CRM system.

6. Help identify trends and insights from customer interactions to help improve our services and outreach efforts.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or customer engagement role.

2. Perfect bilingualism in both English and French (written and verbal).

3. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

5. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

6. Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is beneficial but not required.

7. Availability to _occasionally_ work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
