We are looking for a proven Agriculture Equipment Territory Manager (TM) to help us increase our sales revenues and strengthen our current Dealer / Partner relationships within the Province of Quebec.

In this role, we seek outstanding sales and organizational skills, the ability to recruit and develop new Partnerships, while growing sales among our existing Dealers. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who can effectively discern customer needs, and be driven by meeting goals and exceeding targets. Experience selling Agriculture equipment will be a definite asset.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are _**Delighted**_ and focus on ways to grow our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess current Dealer’s selling abilities and develop plans to grow existing revenue
- Research, recruit & develop new Dealers to promote Jaylor’s extensive line of TMR Mixers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and Jaylor’s value proposition vs the competition
- Assess sales performance and develop targets with Dealers according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned territory
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Leader

- Desire to Delight our Dealer / Partners and develop long term relationships
- Diploma, degree or relevant experience in business management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership ability
- Effective negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Agriculture industry sales experience a definite asset
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in a field sales position
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office and related reporting tools

Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons des compétences commerciales et organisationnelles exceptionnelles, la capacité de recruter et de développer de nouveaux partenariats, tout en augmentant les ventes parmi nos concessionnaires existants. Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez un excellent communicateur, capable de discerner efficacement les besoins des clients, et que vous soyez motivé par l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs. Une expérience dans la vente d'équipements agricoles est un atout indéniable.

Vous veillerez à ce que nos clients soient _**Ravis**_ et vous vous concentrerez sur les moyens de développer notre activité.

**Responsabilités**:

- Évaluer les capacités de vente des concessionnaires actuels et élaborer des plans pour accroître les revenus existants ;
- Rechercher, recruter et développer de nouveaux concessionnaires pour promouvoir la vaste gamme de mélangeurs TMR de Jaylor ;
- Participer à des événements industriels ou promotionnels (par exemple, des salons professionnels) afin de cultiver les relations avec les clients ;
- Organiser des formations aux techniques de vente et à la proposition de valeur de Jaylor par rapport à la concurrence ;
- Évaluer les performances de vente et définir des objectifs avec les distributeurs en fonction des indicateurs clés de performance ;
- Surveiller la concurrence dans le territoire attribué ;Préparer et soumettre des rapports au responsable des ventes.

- Désir de ravir nos concessionnaires/partenaires et de développer des relations à long terme ;
- Diplôme, grade ou expérience pertinente en gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication ;
- Solides capacités d'organisation et de leadership ;
- Compétences efficaces en matière de négociation et de vente consultative ;
- Expérience de la vente dans l'industrie agricole, un atout indéniable;
- Expérience confirmée en matière de croissance des ventes et du chiffre d'affaires dans un poste de vente sur le terrain ;
- Capacité à développer des stratégies de vente et à utiliser des indicateurs de performance ;
- Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes ;
- Maîtrise de MS Office et des outils de rapport associés.
