McClelland Premium Imports is a privately-owned growing national importer of some of Europe’s finest beers. Our beers are of the highest quality, rich in history and tradition. We have a unique go to market strategy that involves trade activities intended to engage consumers who are interested in exploring the premium imported craft beer industry. **Description of Role**:

- Develop our portfolio market in grocery stores, bars/restaurants.
- Take orders, introduce customers to our new product lines.
- Meet with the decision makers when attending to business at retail and On Trade.
- Identify and respond to our customer needs.
- Stay current regarding different market opportunities and establish contact with future customers.
- Manage customer relations;
- Ensure product growth in territory as per targets.
- Develop promotional programs;
- Perform merchandising in stores with the goal of maximizing the visibility of our products.
- Deliver some products and marketing materials.

McClelland Premium Imports est un importateur Canadien privé de bière européennes de première qualité qui œuvre au niveau pancanadien et qui dirige le marché et ses concurrents dans la croissance des ventes au Canada. Nous cherchons à embaucher un représentant des ventes qui peut servir nos comptes existants et faire évoluer leur activité.

**Description du rôle**:
En rapport avec le directeur général pour le Québec, le ou la titulaire du poste devra développer et maintenir des relations d’affaires avec notre clientèle déjà établie (dépanneurs, épiceries, Bars/Restos) et effectuer de la prospection de nouveaux clients pour la région Montréal et ouest de Montréal.
- Développer le marché de notre portefolio de bières principalement dans les épiceries, les bars/restaurants.
- Prendre des commandes, et introduire de nouveaux produits;
- Rencontrer les décideurs de magasins lors de vos visites;
- Identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients;
- Être à l’affût des différentes opportunités de ventes et établir le contact avec les clients potentiels;
- Gérer la relation entre les clients et le distributeur;
- Assurer la croissance des ventes du territoire assigné aligné sur les objectifs fixés par la direction;
- Mettre en place des programmes et des promotions avec les détaillants et bars et restauarrants
- Effectuer du marchandisage en magasin afin de maximiser la visibilité du produit en point de vente.
- Effectuer des certaines livraisons de produits et de matériel promotionnel
- Présenter et former nos clients sur notre portefeuille de bières.

**Qualifications**:

- DEP en Technique de ventes, service conseil, représentation, ou toute autre formation pertinente
- Études universitaires (Atout)
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en vente ou dans un domaine connexe
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite irréprochable
- Aptitudes développées en vente et négociation
- Être professionnel, responsable, organisé, autonome et proactif
- Aptitudes développées en vente et négociation
- Avoir un esprit d’entreprise et de la gestion des coûts
- Bon esprit d'équipe et faire preuve d'excellentes relations interpersonnelles
- Avoir une connaissance dans le milieu de la bière.
- Passion pour les styles de bières authentiques et d’origine européenne. (Atout)
- Capable de soulever 50 livres
