En tant que
**gestionnaire de territoire** pour notre marque de terrasses Fiberon, vous aurez plaisir à travailler avec des clients de toutes tailles afin d’atteindre des objectifs de vente financiers en maintenant et en développant les relations avec les distributeurs, les revendeurs et les professionnels de la construction. Avec le soutien de l’équipe des ventes internes et du marketing, vous mettrez en œuvre des promotions, des programmes et des processus.

Le
**voyager de nuit environ 50 à 60% du temps**.

Ce poste en télétravail est basé dans
**la région métropolitaine de Montréal (Québec) ou dans la ville de Québec (Québec**). Nous offrons
**le remboursement des frais de kilométrage, un ordinateur portable et un téléphone cellulaire**. Nous offrons un salaire de base compétitif et un potentiel de primes, ainsi que des allocations supplémentaires pour les frais de déplacement et les dépenses connexes.

**Votre rôle**
- Réalisation du budget des ventes, des marges et des dépenses - mensuellement, trimestriellement et annuellement
- Amélioration des performances des indicateurs clés de performance: part de marché de Fiberon, part des distributeurs, positions des produits et part des constructeurs.
- Acquisition et fidélisation de distributeurs et d’utilisateurs clés
- Optimisation de la distribution locale pour accroître la part de marché
- Élaborer un plan d’affaires annuel avec le gestionnaire régional qui permettra au gestionnaire de territoire de dépasser les budgets financiers du territoire.
- Organise des réunions professionnelles semestrielles de planification des activités avec le directeur régional et les distributeurs locaux.
- Utiliser de manière efficace et cohérente le CRM et le processus de vente de l’entreprise.
- Faire des présentations efficaces en utilisant une variété de méthodes, par exempleF2F, Go To Meeting (GTM), à la fois pour des petits et de grands groupes.
- Rassemble et transmets aux gestionnaires des ventes et du marketing les programmes, les promotions et les tactiques concurrentielles utilisées.
- Respecter l’ensemble des politiques, procédures et codes éthiques de l’entreprise et veiller à ce qu’ils soient communiqués et mis en œuvre au sein de l’équipe.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingue anglais-français
- Permis de conduire valide.
- 4ans minimum d’expérience dans la vente.
- Dois habiter dans la zone géographique principale
- Expérience et capacité à utiliser la suite Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Aime parler en public et a la capacité de démontrer les produits et les avantages de l’entreprise à des groupes de toutes tailles.

- Baccalauréat
- Expérience dans l’industrie du bâtiment
- Programme ou certificat de formation professionnelle à la vente
- Expérience en gestion de la relation client (CRM)
