Jani-King of Southern Ontario is seeking an Account Executive with superb presentation skills, the ability to cold-call, network and build a client base in a defined territory, who can also lead the office in contract sales. This natural-born salesperson must be hard working and self-motivated.

Jan-King is the world's largest commercial cleaning franchisor with over 120 regional offices worldwide. Our cleaning business services provide a clean and healthy workplace to tens of thousands of clients in a variety of industries. Jan-King is the global leader in the ever-growing $100 billion-dollar commercial cleaning industry. **Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for driving sales and business development, including networking, generating sales leads, pursuing prospective clients, attending client meetings, drafting proposals and service agreements.

For instance, you will:

- Identify prospects and **cold call** target markets
- Conduct a persuasive demonstration of the company's ability to serve the clients’ needs
- Tenaciously follow through and prioritize prospect needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company
- Work with managers and telemarketing partners in your assigned territory to identify and pursue opportunities
- Timely completion of sales administration activities (e.g., activity reporting, expenses, etc.)

- Ability to build solid, long-lasting relationships
- You must be self-motivated and extremely driven
- Sales Experience, **Hunter** mentality
- Outside Sales Experience required for this position
