As an Account Executive, you will lead the charge in acquiring sales within the B2B Enterprise Mid Market sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join one of the company's strongest sales teams. Supported by one of Canada's most iconic brands and an elite line of Technology products & Services, you will be well-equipped to seek out and prospect new sales accounts. We are looking for individuals who are natural hunters, results-oriented, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of driving results.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the sales team responsible for prospecting new business relationships and executing the vision and strategic roadmap for key customers. As part of the team, you have a demonstrated ability to translate a large organization's strategic plan and priorities into relevant, high-impact, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new B2B clients for Wireless, Wireline, Internet of Things (IoT), Internet & Network, Security, and Cloud services within a designated territory.
  • Develop detailed business plans designed to achieve revenue targets and goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and other strategies.
  • Serve as the single point of contact and advocate for new customers, managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with all other company resources as required to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and proper sales administration functions.

Critical Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in a B2B acquisition sales role.
  • Comfortable with prospecting new business through research and networking.
  • Driven by a desire to sell based on value rather than price.
  • Highly customer-centric.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in telecom sales is ideal.
  • Skilled in solution-based or consultative selling techniques and solution-oriented.
