**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a member of Expertus, an IBM Company, you will be responsible for providing HR administrative as well as office management support to Expertus, an IBM Company. You will coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires as well offboarding activities when required. You will play an important role in leading and orchestrating engagement type activities to positively affect team morale, including team events and office well-being matters such as office lunches, snacks and drinks inventory. You will work with real estate and site operations to address office repairs, enhancements and moves. You will support HR related projects as required. You will take directions from the site operations leader and the Expertus HR Partner.
You are technically proficient, able to work independently, flexible, adaptable, creative and a team player. You are able to work effectively in a demanding, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude and demeanor. You excel at managing the flow and coordination of information and have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Demonstrating leadership and adaptability with willingness to readily and voluntarily take ownership of highly challenging tasks and problems, even beyond initial scope of responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- A clear credit check is a requirement for this role
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Proficient and skilled with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

**Location Statement**
