**Role purpose**

Support ongoing digitalization for Keolis Canada Human Resources In and employee experience through maintaining and improving current digital tools and identifying and enabling adoption of ongoing enhancements and new tools.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- 5+ years of HR Systems experience
- UKG Experience Required
- Experience in HCM implementation and maintenance required
- BA Degree and strong experience in the program management of HR tools
- IBM Cognos
- Experience in acquisition and integration of new business units
- Experience developing and executing employee communications to support technology improvements
- Knowledge of contemporary and best practice HR digitalization approaches
- Proven success in change management and continual improvement and operational effectiveness

**Key Accountabilities**
- Digitalization of HR_
- Develop business cases for new modules for the HCM solution
- Project manage the design and roll out of new HR digital tools and modules.
- Prepare HCM for annual events including open enrollment, annual performance processes, annual compensation reviews and change uploads
- Act as an advisor to HR peers for potential solutions. Within the framework, understand the needs and identify solutions. Drive continuous improvement in HR.
- HCM infrastructure design and maintenance_
- Support management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
- Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HCM tool.
- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
- Build and maintain workflows within HCM including user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Maintain master data tables including locations, jobs, cost centers, earnings and deductions tables, etc.
- Maintenance of test instance. Ensure that all changes are appropriately tested before moving to production
- HCM data administration_
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HCM and other HR digital tools
- Where appropriate, approve data changes through workflow processes including where relevant updates to personal information, annual leave, salaries and working hours.
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and completeness through data entry processes and data audits
- Submit requests to add and end user access rights to system
- Maintain security design per HIPPA guidelines of personal data privacy
- Ensure integration with other group HR data requirements
- Tier 1 and 2 support for errors with interfaces, user problems, system errors and to open help tickets with Ultimate when needed
- Data Analytics and reporting_
- Create reports to enable business insights that add value in the management of the organization
- Control reporting to ensure consistent metrics, definitions benchmarking across the region.
- Review data and recommend improved reporting.
- Conduct trend analysis and work with ach division to enable the development of insights and actions.
- Start up and mobilization_
- Ensure the configuration of the HCM for business acquisitions and for new contract mobilizations
- Assure the HCM delivery of the startup
- Input to bid development costing and strategy to ensure the necessary factors are considered for the proposals
