**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
HR Systems Management:

- A builder and doer within the ADP Workforce Now HRIS - both strategic and administrative duties required.
- Handle the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to optimize data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to address system-related inquiries and contribute to system enhancements.

Process Improvement:

- Streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement process enhancements.

Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver HR-related training plan, with gap analysis by location for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and support for HR-related projects.

Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with HR systems vendors and other relevant service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance HR operations.

All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 5 + years experience in similar HR role, focusing on HR systems, process improvement, and training.
- ADP Workforce Now Administration Experience an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools.
- Working knowledge of provincial employment laws and regulations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience developing training programs and systems lead training.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar preferred.
- HR Certification (CHRP) is an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English
- This position is hybrid in nature with expectation to be onsite at the Groupe Access office on a semi regular basis.
- Role requires an element of travel.
