- Highly curious and a creative thinker? You’ll create opportunities to influence the culture and direction of our HR practices, including diversity and employee wellness
- A natural-born team player? You’ll work closely with the HR community in Montreal and KPMG’s national HR community, thereby allowing you to have an impact and make your mark in the Quebec and national Advisory Services community
- You’ll excel at leveraging the best of national KPMG initiatives with an eye for the specific needs of KPMG Quebec
- You’ll regularly work closely with the HR team: the recruitment team, the employee experience team, your colleagues in operations and talent management but also with various local operational teams, such as marketing and administration management
What you bring to this role:
- 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a fast-paced competitive environment
