**Business Development Associate**

We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

2. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

3. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

4. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

5. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

6. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

8. Identify new business opportunities and partners.

9. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong organization and project management skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

If the restaurant doesn't have any presence on any food delivery platform, Remote Kitchen will help you to show up on the food delivery platform at our own cost and gain more orders online. If the restaurant is already registered on some food delivery platform, we can still help you to have more than one virtual brand in the same food delivery platform to gain more exposure. We don’t charge any service fee from our partners because we believe in our partner restaurants’ power to represent their communities and provide delicious, eclectic meals to their ever-ravenous customers at scale. Currently, we have just completed the pre-seed fundraising from Ginkgo Capital, now we are in the progress of 2-million-dollar fundraising with 200 million valuations.
