Training Enablement Lead

**What is the Opportunity?**

We are seeking a Training Enablement Lead to join our growing team within RBC’s Cash Management division. Our newly-formed group has many diverse training needs from clients to sales to operations, employees and more. You will be responsible for leading our horizontal training function, accountable for orchestrating training design and delivery and ensuring activities align to our strategic vision.

This role will be working directly with the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, and will need to liaise across many other verticals such as product, compliance, sales and technology. It will also play a strategic part in our strategic roadmap for the future.

**What will you do?**
- Lead the US Cash Management horizontal training function, accountable for orchestrating training design and deliver, coordination, content quality control and ensuring alignment to our strategic vision
- Own training governance and enablement including vendor selection and management
- Own our internal knowledge hub and collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and maintain learning content
- Lead and maintain an annual training strategy and conduct periodic training portfolio reviews
- Define and track success metrics for training function including OKRs / KPIs
- Support in client education / engagement activities and related thought leadership or intelligence
- Support other ad-hoc Go-To-Market and deployment activities, as required
- Support building of a high performing and inclusive team with a strong focus on training, go-to market and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Instill a strategic engagement model of transparency, accountability, aligned outcomes orientation and collaboration

**What do you need to succeed?**
- 10+ years’ experience with a combination of training, got-to -market, sales, or business development within a Financial Services, FinTech or technology company. Experience working in Cash Management / Corporate Treasury environments preferred
- Experience in creating and delivering various learning content, strategies and solutions.
- Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge and experience working with different training, digital adoption and sales enablement technologies (e.g. WalkMe, Apty, Seismic, Infinitee, etc.)
- Experience developing needs assessments, learning solutions, and training programs.
- Excellent creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), and executive presence
- Experience with new/emerging businesses and digital business models
- Interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organization
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to drive exceptional client and employee experiences
- Comfortable working in high paced ambiguous situations and across cross-functional partners
- University degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred
